Job Description:
The Hospice Chaplain is responsible for the provision of spiritual care to patients and families/caregivers for St. Croix Hospice, either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors.
Our chaplain works closely with our team of RNs, Hospice Aides, Social Workers and Music/Massage Therapist Therapists – all part of a talented patient care team.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. Graduate degree from an accredited seminary or theology program is preferred. One or more units of Clinical Pastor Education is also preferred. Qualified candidates should possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team and provide comfort in an interfaith setting. Candidate must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state and a clean driving record.
